The Sergeant Bluff‑Luton ProStart Management Team earned top honors at the Iowa ProStart Invitational this past week, bringing home the State Championship. This achievement marks the program’s fourth state title in just eleven years, a testament to the exceptional talent, discipline, and creativity of our students.
The team dedicated countless hours to developing their restaurant concept, refining their presentation, and strengthening their business plan. Their commitment not only secured a championship but also resulted in $10,000 in scholarships, expanding future opportunities in hospitality, business, and culinary fields.
