Freshman Natalie Delarosa qualified in the 200 Medley Relay and Junior Brenna Ocker is the alternate for the relay. State will take place in Iowa City Thursday and Friday. Good luck!

Sixteen Sergeant Bluff Luton Middle School choir students were selected to represent our district at the NW Iowa Junior High Honor Choir on November 4. These musicians performed a total of 7 songs with hundreds of other students from our corner of the state. Keep up the amazing work!

With the holidays approaching, the high school music students are working hard and preparing for their winter concert. Please consider attending the Band & Choir Winter Concert on Thursday, December 11th at 7 p.m. in the high school auditorium. The groups performing will be the Band, Jazz Band, Show Choir and Mixed Chorus. The Choir will be having their annual Cookie Walk Fundraiser before and after the concert. Admission: $5 adults. We hope to see you there!

There will be a pep bus to the Uni Dome on Thursday, Nov. 13th. Students can begin to sign up on Monday. The cost to ride the pep bus is $5.00 this fee does not include your game ticket. More details on Monday.

Admission is $9 for adults and students. TICKETS are NOT available on Bound. Tickets can be purchased at IHSAA website:

The two south gates will include one for scanning tickets and one where tickets can still be purchased if needed. The north gate by the concession stand will be scan-only.
Streaming:
The game will be streamed on NFHS Network. NFHS holds exclusive live stream rights during football playoffs (early rounds). This means the game will not be streamed on Hudl, SBL's normal streaming service. The streaming link for the game will be:

On Saturday Oct 18th these students auditioned amongst 407 other students for a seat in Northwest Iowa Middle School Honor Band. Three of our four SBL students were selected to be a part of 2 bands totaling 176 students. Congratulations to Bode Bockenstedt, Andrew Philip and Nika Aldana on this high honor in Middle School Instrumental Music in NW Iowa! Students accepted will travel to Sioux Center on Nov 8th for rehearsals and a concert! Way to go Warriors!
