Congratulations to the following high school singers who participated in the NWICDA HS Honor Choir Festival that was held on Monday, March 10th at the B.J. Haan Auditorium on the campus of Dordt College in Sioux Center. The guest director was Emily Bertram from Waldorf University. The guest choir was the Spencer High School Chorus directed by Jackie Bryan. It was a wonderful concert! Proud of you!!!

Congratulations to the SB-L High School music students who participated in the IHSMA Solo & Small Ensemble Music Festival this past Saturday at Heelan. SB-L received eight 1 ratings, twelve 2 ratings and two 3 ratings. A lot of time, rehearsal and hard work went into preparing for this festival. We are very proud of you!!!
I visited the primary building this morning. There were a variety of things going on across the building. The preschool teachers were meeting to discuss students needs.

The SB-L 7-12 Choir students are selling Eileen's COLOSSAL Cookies Scoop & Bake Cookie dough now until April 1st. We are selling 3-lb tubs of cookie dough for $20 each. Three pounds makes 33 3-inch cookies. The flavors are: chocolate chip, monster oatmeal, snickerdoodle, m & m, oatmeal raisin, peanut butter and sugar. No sales tax.
This is the Choir Department's ONE BIG fundraiser for the year.
