Great night for the first football game. Thank you to the athletic boosters for the $10,000 towards the new sound system at the field!

Great day with The Humanity Launch this week. They had 50 seniors attend the senior retreat last evening. This morning they spoke to the entire staff. The middle school staff retreat was this afternoon.
They also helped us celebrate Mr Sterk's birthday!

Have you registered your child for school? Registration is an important process in determining class rosters and bus routes. If you have not registered, please do so. Registration fees can be paid later. Thank you!

New staff joined us at school yesterday. The rest of the staff returns today. Can't wait for students on Friday.
SBL -- Strengthen - Build - Lead

Thank you to the fire department for allowing me to come speak to them about our long-term facilities plan. The goal is to ask people to be informed and to vote. Thank you for all the sacrifices that group makes. My dad was a volunteer fire fighter in a small community

Patiently waiting to start transporting students in one week.
Remember, it is illegal to pass a school bus from behind when it's yellow or red lights are flashing.
It is also illegal to pass from the front when red lights are passing.
Please use caution ⚠️ when these buses return to the road.

We are excited to announce that we are making a special opportunity available to all of our seniors. On Tuesday, August 20, at 7-8:30 pm in the high school, a team from The Humanity Launch (www.TheHumanityLaunch.com) will be leading the senior class in a leadership retreat. Our goal is to give our students a voice and choice in their education. We know that a successful school year at the high school level is a direct result of the leadership of the senior class.
The Humanity Launch is known for their student retreats and their Service Leadership Academy. They worked with over 14,000 students last year in South Dakota and Minnesota. The event Tuesday night will develop leadership skills and connect the students of the Class of 2025. This is done through storytelling, team building activities, and small group discussions.
We are bringing The Humanity Launch back on Thursday, August 29 for an all-day retreat with our freshmen to help them with their transition to high school. We need seniors to assist that day and to be effective they need to attend the Senior Leadership Retreat. We are excited for the potential that these two events hold for kicking off our school year!

Join us for open house August 21. Can't wait to start another great school year. School starts August 23!
